Seating Charts

Important Info for Both Signings:

We have 2 separate signing rooms where authors and vendors will be located during our Friday (Titan) and Saturday (general) signing sessions: the BALLROOM, and the INDEPENDENCE CENTER.

These two spaces are on two different floors (one floor apart) and can be accesses via escalator and elevator. You can view PDFs of the hotel layout here

To keep things as streamlined as possible, we have created a numbered seating chart layout for each space, which can be found via the link below.

To find the authors and/or vendors you’re looking for, use the master spreadsheet (linked below) where you can find everyone at a glance, and by room listed in numerical order.

Each table number on the spreadsheet = the table number on the floor plan.

 

For Friday’s Titan signing: All Titan ticket holders will be able to free roam between both rooms throughout the 3 hour signing session.

For Saturday’s General Signing Sessions: All ticket holders will have access to their assigned room during the morning and afternoon signing sessions.

SESSION 1 (9AM-12PM):

GROUP A Ticket Holders: Will be in the INDEPENDENCE CENTER

GROUP B Ticket Holders: Will be in the BALLROOM

SESSION 2 (2PM-5PM):

GROUP A Ticket Holders: Will be in the BALLROOM

GROUP B Ticket Holders: Will be in the INDEPENDENCE CENTER

Please check back regularly to ensure you have the most current seating chart/room assignment version! (If you see any cancellations, we will remove their table from the room but not change the numbers of the other authors.)
