COVID-19 Protocol + Masking Policy

To ensure that safety remains our number one concern for all those attending ApollyCon, there will be a mask mandate in place for the entirety of the event for all attendees, authors, staff, and volunteers. This includes while waiting in lines at registration or to enter any event and the mask will need to be worn properly—covering the mouth and the nose. As stated during ticket sales, ApollyCon retains the right to refuse access to any person(s) over the age of 2 who refuse to wear a mask/face covering during any ApollyCon related activity.

We would also like to note that as of January 15th Washington D.C., per Mayor’s Order 2021-148, will require proof of COVID-19 Vaccination to enter all events, including restaurants, within Washington D.C. area. If you have any plans to enjoy the Nation’s Capital while you are in the area we highly recommend being vaccinated and make sure to bring proof of that vaccination with you. You can read more about this policy here: Washington D.C. Vaccination Policy
