2025 ApollyInfluencer Search Applications: NOW OPEN!

• Content creators aged 18+ who read/enjoy reading YA and/or Adult romance across all genres.
• Fun and enthusiastic book lovers who actively use their social media platforms to feature books/authors and engaging bookish content. (Actively = posts regularly)
• Mandatory: Must have an Instagram and/or TikTok account
• Creators who are comfortable with creating video content on Instagram (mandatory) and TikTok (optional).
• NOTE: We will ask that anyone who is interested fill out the form below AND post a video on their social media introducing themselves and telling us why you think you’d be a great fit for the ApollyInfluencers team in 1 minute or less and tag @apollycon on Instagram and use hashtag #ApollyInfluencerSearch25 before/by 12AM PT June 11th, 2024 .
• Someone comfortable being in front of the camera for video + photo content, including Instagram/FB Live (if needed)
• Someone who will be available to attend ApollyCon 2025 in Washington, D.C. April 10-13, 2025
• Optional: someone who is comfortable being on/moderating a panel during ApollyCon 2025.
• Optional: someone who is comfortable with hosting a Q&A with authors and/or attendees onsite or virtually (IG/FB Live) before the event.

• Help us create 3-5 posts a month (no earlier than July ’24 through April ’25 at the latest) based on your preferred post type/platform (indicated via the form below) which could include author interviews/spotlights, cover reveals, tips & tricks, giveaways, swag/goody bag reveals, and more!
• Posts would be shared on your page first, and reposted on ApollyCon’s social media and/or Attendee groups + linked in our email newsletter(s)

DURING the event:

• Attending our event on-site (complimentary all-access ApollyInfluencer badge)
• Sharing 4-10 IG stories each day spotlighting various events (tagging us) to be reposted
• Optional (if comfortable doing so): doing fun Q&A or creative content for ApollyCon IG
• Optional (if comfortable doing so): Moderating a panel with fellow influencers, or authors

AFTER the event:

• Creating 2-4 recap videos highlighting the event programming/attendee experience to be shared on your socials first, then reposted on ApollyCon pages/site.

What’s in it for you, if selected:

• We will feature you as ApollyInfluencer via a static post on our social media and website sharing your links/handles
• Book and/or swag care packages from authors + sponsors for you to keep and use for content you create
• Be the first to know about exciting updates and events
• Opportunities to co-host Instagram/Facebook Lives (if you’re comfortable doing so) with authors, sponsors, and event owner Jennifer L. Armentrout if/when available

FOR the event:

• You will receive an exclusive ApollyInfluencer badge which will grant you VIP access to our 2025 event Thursday through Sunday (4/10-4/13/25). This also includes an event swag bag, and the ApollyCon-exclusive special edition books!
• A complimentary hotel room (Thurs-Sun) so you’re able to stay on-site at the Gaylord National during the event. (Airfare/travel not included.)
• Early entry to our scheduled programming/events to help aid your content creation needs on-site!
